TREVOR WHITE & ROUTE 66 BAND

Route 66 Band was formed in January 2004 which kicked off the first big gig at the South Tweed Sports Club. Three of
the band members originally came from a NSW country town Inverell. The band is known as a country rock band with
a flavour from the 50s—2000s rock to modern up tempo country music and a touch of rockabilly. The band has
introduced good uptempo country music into their repitior as the rock’n’roll clubs have found out that country music
has a great beat for the dancers. The band has performed at most major clubs and Venues throughout southern
Queensland & Northern NSW. Music festivals,Coolangata Wintersun, Cooly Rocks On, The Gympie Muster,
Broadbeach Country Music Festival.
Some of the artists covered are Elvis, Roy Orbison, Buddy Holly, Bill Haley, Johnny O’keefe, Dion, Chuck Berry,
Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, The Mavericks, George Strait, Vince Gill, Lee Kernaghan, Garth Brooks, Troy Cassa-
Daley, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Steve Earle, Tom Jones, Englbert Humperdink
Band members are:
Trevor White: Vocals, Lead Guitar.
Mike Pack: Vocals, Bass Guitar. Great solo singer from the 60-70s, showman & compare.
Roger Bradley: Vocals, Drums. X member of the great local Rock’nRoll band “The Chevrolets”.
Brian Austin: Vocals, Keyboard. Another great singer from England & playing in various local
bands.
