Seafood Plate
A chilled selection of whole king prawns, natural oysters, marinated New Zealand mussels, and prawn cocktail. (LG)
Duck Salad
Thinly sliced duck breast with wombok, cress, and micro herb salad.
Mains
Sliced Orange Glazed Ham & Stuffed Turkey
Served with roasted potatoes, pumpkin, honey carrots, green beans, and pan juice gravy. (LG)
Pistachio Crusted Salmon
Served with slipper lobster, miso beurre blanc, asparagus spears, broccolini, and grilled lime. (LG).
Slow Cooked Sirloin Steak
Cooked to your liking, with leek confit, vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, greens, potato spinach galette, and red wine jus. (LG).
Dessert
A self-serve dessert buffet featuring Christmas pudding with brandy custard, profiteroles, boutique slices, whole cakes, fresh fruit, and Chef Ana’s signature chocolate fountain. (Low gluten sweets also available)
Children’s Menu
Ages 0-4: $10 – Choice of items from the kids’ menu and an ice cream sundae.
Ages 5-12: $20 – Supreme chicken breast with seasonal vegetables, gravy, and access to the sweet buffet.

Prepay Only: Tickets must be purchased at reception before the event. No tickets will be sold on the day.
Club Opens: Doors open at 11:00 AM, with two seating times available: 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM.
