Shadoogie has a long and successful history in the 50’s Rock ’n’ Roll dance scene, beginning in Melbourne, then Merimbula and now on the Tweed. This 3rd generation of the band consists of Lyndon Lewis Lead Guitar & Vocals (Founder), Brenda-Lee Heathcote-Shelly Rhythm Guitar & Vocals, Barry Hardcastle Bass Guitar & Vocals, Terry Gascoigne Drums and Joe Powell as Lead Vocalist. Collectively, the members of the band have performed, toured, or supported well known Australian and International artists that include: The Platters, Dave Dudley, The Crickets, Wanda Jackson, Grantley Dee, Ross
Wilson, Phil Emmanuel, Tex Morton, Bettie McQuade, Johnny Chester, Frankie J Holden, Lonnie Lee, The Allstars, The Rolling Stones, America, Eric Clapton, Renee Geyer, Leo Sayer, Freddie King, Rumours (The Australian Fleetwood Mac Experience), Ray Brown, John English, John Paul Young, Troy Cassar – Daley, Cold Chisel, INXS, Dragon and many more.
